A clearer home for your account

Your account now brings your apps, access, and connected Macs together in one place.

• Profile and security appear first, with direct links to edit your profile, manage your password, and sign out.
• Approved accounts can download Newton for Mac and open installation instructions from the same page.
• Current access, licenses, and Mac approval controls are easier to find. Previously removed Macs are grouped into expandable history.
• The layout adapts to desktop, tablet, and phone screens.

SEPTEMBER 17, 2026 · NEWTON 0.3.0

The private preview

Newton 0.3.0 is available to approved preview accounts. The Mac download is signed and notarized and requires Apple silicon and macOS 14 or later.

• Keep project teams, knowledge, tools, and work together in branches on your Mac.
• Work with your own supported AI-provider accounts and their existing permission controls.
• Pair Appleseed with Newton to access your workspace from your iPhone, restore saved sessions, reconnect after backgrounding, and pause or resume work.
• Manage invitation-based access and approved Macs through your Newton account. Removing a Mac revokes phone access without erasing its local files.

Appleseed 0.3.0 has been submitted for TestFlight beta review. Phone distribution remains invitation-only and depends on Apple’s approval. These notes describe the production preview; development builds are tracked separately.
